Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the order date.

Shipments are not processed on the weekends, but deliveries may occur on weekends. BornStrong Scrubs LLC is not responsible for any potential delay after your item has been shipped as ship times do vary depending on your package origin and destination. Additional customs fees do apply.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Customers will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number once order has been successfully processed. Please note all Express, Expedited, and International parcels MUST be shipped to the billing address of the cardholder. In the event your billing address and shipping address do not match your order will be placed on hold and you will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives.
Customs, duties, and fees
BornStrong Scrubs LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
BornStrong Scrubs LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy

For more information on international custom fees please contact your postal office or local government. BornStrong Scrubs LLC does not enforce these fees so we are not able to waive the fee upon delivery or reimburse you for this fee. Failure to pay customs fees will result in the parcel being sent back in which the shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Returns Policy

Items purchased at full price are eligible for refund, excluding the shipping cost, and must be returned within 10 days of delivery. Items being exchanged will receive a gift card to be used to purchase replacement items, once returned items are received. This gift card will only carry the balance of the exchanged item(s), shipping will be charged separately. When returning items, please keep your tracking number as the carrier can experience issues including losing the items during transit or delivering them to an incorrect address. All items must be in their original form and packaging. The items must be unworn, with no stains, damage, or strong odors (including perfume) being emitted from the item. If an item has been determined to be stained, damaged, or have any of the prior issues stated, the return will be rejected and can be sent back to the customer at their expense. If the customer refuses to pay the shipping expense to receive their items back, the items will be discarded.

Discount Items

Customers who purchased discounted items are only eligible for store credit. This is not including shipping cost. This items must be returned within 10 business days to receive store credit. Please keep your tracking number as the carrier can experience issues including losing the items during transit or delivering them to an incorrect address. Please refer to our return policy for full priced items if you have any further questions/concerns.
